BalloonGaz User Manual
User instructions:
These instructions will guide you on how to inflate balloons with BalloonGaz product.
1. Lift the CYLINDER (A) out of the box by its HANDLE (B) and ensure the BalloonGaz cylinder is sufficiently stable.
2. Screw the BLACK TILT NOZZLE (D) onto the thread and tighten by hand.
3. Slide the SAFETY RING (E) onto the BLACK TILT NOZZLE (D).
4. Position the CYLINDER (A) so the BLACK TILT NOZZLE (D) is facing away from you.
5. Turn the GREEN VALVE HANDLE (C) anti-clockwise to open the valve (about 3 turns). Please note: If you hear gas being discharged while turning the GREEN VALVE
HANDLE (C), close it immediately and go back to step 2. for proper installation.
6. Hold the balloon with both hands. Slide the balloon opening [LATEX BALLOONS: the BALLOON NECK (2) / FOIL BALLOONS: VALVE OPENING (5)] onto the BLACK TILT
NOZZLE (D) ensuring it is tightly secured.
7. Gently press the BLACK TILT NOZZLE (D) down to slowly inflate the balloon. You will hear the sound of gas being discharged from the cylinder. When your balloon is inflated, release the BLACK TILT NOZZLE (D) whilst keeping hold of the balloon!
8. Once inflated, remove the balloon by pinching the BALLOON NECK (2) tightly and removing it from the BLACK TILT NOZZLE (D). Tie a knot to secure the helium from
escaping. For FOIL BALLOONS, simply slide the VALVE OPENING (5) from the BLACK TILT NOZZLE (D). As FOIL BALLOON valves are self-sealing, a knot is not required.
9. Attach a ribbon or string at the knot [LATEX BALLOONS] or VALVE OPENING (5) [FOIL BALLOONS] and secure it with a balloon weight. A balloon weight will prevent
unintentional release.
10. Once you have finished using the cylinder, turn the GREEN VALVE HANDLE (C) clockwise to close the valve.
11. Press down the BLACK TILT NOZZLE (D) to release any excess helium.
12. Store the cylinder upright in its original box. Please follow the storage instructions on the packaging. In case the cylinder is empty, please refer to our recycling and disposal instructions.
